We ordered flooring from Bryan in 2016, the flooring was starting to have problems and he immediately offered to find a solution, contacted the rep and they had since upgraded the flooring to a new product due to the old one having problems. This defect was at no fault of Bryan's or the installer, it was a defect in the product. Bryan facilitated us getting new flooring throughout our house at no cost to us due to the defected flooring. We love our new flooring (we ordered the same color) and havent had any issues with it. We will always use MHI for our flooring needs.
